- Having such a flexible and dedicated group has made this semester a great one!
- The flexibility of the group has made it very easy to organize team assignments. Each one of us are responsible for finishing up each one of our assignments.
- Checking in at our weekly meetings has helped to keep me focused and on task

- Still having a problem with using chat on etherpad, I hate it when technology heeds me from communicating effectively.
- Technology seems to be on everyone's bad side during this lesson. From communication to uploading images. It has been a challenge, but in the end it looks like it came out ok. I thought the Lesson 4 content development was a little challenging for me because I was a little confused with the contents of the assignment.
- It feels like all of the assignments landed at the same time. We transitioned from the paper to or unit moderation to the presentation.
- Reflections on technology and instructional strategies that you and your team learned from this lesson.
- It was interesting to look at the discussions from the point of a moderator.
- Moderating was a bit of a challenge for me because I am usually one who sits in a corner or at the back of the room and listen (in a traditional classroom setting). Moderating gave me a chance to ask the questions and guide the discussion, something I usually don't do.

ReplyDeleteEncountering technical problems and issues with NLE technologies is very common. Unlike Vista, it is well established, and NAU provides support. Most web 2.0 tools generally do not provide substantial supports. Frequently, users have to find the ways to resolve the issues that they encountered. Generally, I will Google the issues that encountered or sometime I search Delicious. Most of time you can find the solutions and some information regarding to the issues. Don't get discouraged!! Keep on learning.
Network policy assignment was a challenging one because many institutions only have hard network policy and procedures and not have soft ones.
Our class is designed with concepts of NLE that learners create their learning content and learning from each other. So we feel overwhelmed is fairly common since we are not used to manage and to control our own learning.
